Spaces Available

The Gallery (Upper) Level and Lower Levels are approximately the same square footage and can accomodate gatherings of 100 to 400 people depending on furnishings. The upper level consists of the Ballroom and Loggia spaces while the lower level contains a smaller informal ballroom (The Outer Lounge) and The Inner Lounge. Fanatastic spaces to accomodate balls, galas, weddings, any event expecting a large crowd.

There are satellite building on the estate, Lydie Marland's Cottage (capacity 63) being the most popular that are available as well. In addition to indoor facilities, The Marland Mansion Estate can accomodate large outdoor gatherings on the spacious grounds available.
