Service Kitchen

The sevice kitchen has no stove or oven as the food was prepared in the main kitchen on the lower level and transported to the service kitchen via dumb waiter. The metal in the kitchen is Monel, an alloy preceding stainless steel and often in used in the construction of battleships.
